Pattaya Beach
Murky water, packed crowds, overpriced beach chairs, trash common in high season.
Try Bang Saray Beach (45 min) or Koh Larn island (40-min ferry).
This is not a "bad" list — just honest feedback that most visitors waste their time here when better alternatives exist.

Try Bang Saray Beach (45 min) or Koh Larn island (40-min ferry).
Hard-sell activities, low-quality lunch buffet. The sea is beautiful but packaged tours cram too much.
Take ฿30 ferry from Bali Hai Pier yourself, rent ฿200 motorbike on the island, self-explore.
Photos with sedated/exhausted tigers — international travelers increasingly boycott. Ethics issue.
Khao Kheow Open Zoo — better animal welfare, semi-natural habitats.
฿200 foreigner entry, sells same souvenirs everywhere else at markup. Built for tourists, not authentic.
Try Thepprasit Night Market (free entry, Fri-Sun) — locals eat here, fresh food.
Cheap seats (฿400-600) are too far to see faces. After-show "photo with performer" upsell ฿100-200 each is pressured.
Either pay for VIP (฿900+) for decent view, or skip and watch Colosseum Show (Poseidon) — newer, smaller venue.
Aging models untouched for 20 years. Many in poor condition. ฿300 foreigner entry hard to justify.
Visit Ancient City (Muang Boran) in Samut Prakan — 100x bigger, bike around, spend a full day.
฿600-1,200 for oddity exhibit + wax + haunted maze. 1h content, poor ROI. Same concept everywhere.
Try Art in Paradise 3D museum — more photo-worthy, takes 2-3 hours.
