Even if they have 1 room available they make me wait 1 hour 35 minutes. Room is available only at 2:00. Or if I gave 200 Baht I could have get my room immediately. I believe this is very bad 😔 practi

We walked in at night and they said breakfast is included. next morning they told us that breakfast is not included for walk in customers, but only for online booking. Very annoying. The staff was not
