Long stretch along Jomtien Beach with the option to run on the promenade path or on the hard-packed sand near the water. Sunrise runs here are spectacular. Less crowded than Beach Road.

A peaceful loop around the reservoir east of Pattaya. Light traffic, shaded sections, and water views. Popular with local runners and cyclists. The quiet environment makes it ideal for long runs.

A shaded park with a 2 km looped running path. Covered by mature trees providing relief from the sun. Exercise stations along the path. The most comfortable option during hot months.

Hill repeats on the roads winding through Pratumnak. Steep gradients provide excellent cardio training. Ocean views from the top. Mix of quiet residential roads and hotel access roads.

Safety: Light traffic, some roads narrow. Use caution around blind curves. Well-lit main roads.
