The Jomtien Twelve

Nice hotel with a great location and guest friendly.I enjoyed my stay in a non beach facing room. Staff was excellent and most of them spoke good English.Breakfast was good but not included in price.

The A/C worked properly only half the time. It would blow warmer humid air at others. I discussed this with the staff twice and was shown other rooms but the A/C was the same. Would not stay again

Stayed here Feb '25. Big room, comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff, with a balcony overlooking the esplanade and the ocean.. awesome place!
