Great happy hour, and nice seating outside. Only issue is, as others have said, you have to hunt down a server, as they are never outside. Is a pain having to get up and find one when you want another

Located on the corner at one end of Soi metro in pattaya. Pretty cool. A few tables and a pool table. A relatively civilised spot for a drink among all the good bars
