Old condo but we'll maintained. Long term rent only. Well managed condo with good security and service staff. Rooms are large by Pattaya standards with a large balcony. Open front and back doors gives

Not so busy. Easy to park. My room has sea view. Walk to the beach 3 min. It's a small restaurant on the beach. You can eat there and look at the ocean.
