The atmosphere here is a bit dull. Weird, but cigarette smoke comes from somewhere intermitantdly whilst sitting on level; 4! Not a roof top bar as such ( Probably a good spot if you want a quiet sit

This is not a roof top bar..this is on the 4th floor overlooking the intercostal of the Gulf of Thailand. It has beautiful views however it’s not the highest point in Pattaya. We just had a drink. We
